So…we had three teams compete this weekend at CrossFit Milford October Mayhem. Each team set goals and reached new heights. Each team competed very well and placed in the top 10 in their divisions. More important than how they placed was how they competed. Every single person pushed themselves past their limits and surprised themselves at how well they did. I know I speak for Rob when I say that we are proud and impressed by the hard work and determination. While the CrossFit community as a whole is great, CFW is something special. We don’t have regional athletes, yet lol, but we compete and support one another like each one is a champion. We are truly thankful for and proud of all of you.
