What We Offer
Adult Group Classes
Group classes start off with a warm-up. This is then followed up by the strength or skill exercise and the the workout of the day (WOD).
CrossFit Kids Classes
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes.​
On-Ramp Class
The On-Ramp program is required for ALL members new to CrossFit. The curriculum is specific to the new members needs and includes of a review of CrossFit Methodology and the various fundamental movements.

Olympic Lifting Class
Our Olympic lifting class focuses on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, the clean, the jerk and other related barbell movements.
