CrossFit Wallingford has created a dedicated program to support our athletes (individuals, Masters and teams) and prepare them for competitions. This includes Olympic lifting class, competition class, yoga, periodic in-house (CF Open WODS), weekly team workouts, specialized programming and nutrition coaching.

To be a member of the competition team you need to meet the requirements posted on the members page or posted at the box.

Regular programming, competition class and yoga are INCLUDED in your CrossFit Wallingford unlimited membership. There is no additional cost to be part of the CFW Comp/Team program.

If you’re interested in participating or if you’re not sure about your ability to participate, just talk to a coach.

Preparation on a team is different than as an individual and can be more stressful since the entire team may have to rely on an individual’s performance. Team members must be incredibly fit with complementing skills and abilities. They must be able to work together effortlessly prix filitra. Therefore, the team must train together often prior to competitions.

Choosing the team members to represent CrossFit Wallingford at a competition is not an easy process. The Team athletes must be some of the fittest athletes at CFW, work well on a team and be a part of the community.

We also encourage scaled athletes to compete in competitions and we can help those athletes prepare as well.
