The first step is to setup a no obligation, complimentary intro session where we take you through the essential movements used in Crossfit. We then answer any of your questions you may have about the program and put you through a short, intense WOD (workout of the day) to give you a taste of what we do.

One of our certified coaches will introduce you to the language of Crossfit, all the acronyms that are associated with CF, benchmark workouts, and the significance of our WODs. You will then be educated about your body and how to do the movements correctly and safely. Everyone is different and our coaches get to know every person coming in and their associated physical issues. This class will also help us learn about each of your personalities and how we can help you meet your fitness goals.
